I joined the Spacemade team in January 2023 but my career journey began way back in 2007 π€― and has predominantly been in recruitment π§. I've worked with fast-growth businesses and start-ups π in tech π€, retail ποΈ and hospitality βοΈ. My interest in efficiency and optimisation has led me to People Ops π₯.
I care deeply about doing the right thing π which aligns perfectly with my role in People & Culture π. I always try to lead and make decisions with empathy and kindness π.
When I'm not at work, you can find me being a father π¨βπ§βπ¦, husband π¨ββ€οΈβπ¨, and avid sports/football fan β½. I love spending my free time with my family, at my local gym ποΈ, or binge-watching my favourite TV shows πΊ
