Hi, I’m Alfie 👋

I joined Spacemade at Beton in early 2024 as a Community Associate, and I’m now proud Community Manager of the space. Over the past year, I’ve loved shaping the member experience - whether that’s through events, networking facilitation, or simply making the space the best, most accommodating version of itself possible.

Outside of work, creativity is a big part of who I am. I love making collage art, playing guitar, and immersing myself in live music, festivals, and communities. These passions feed into my work, inspiring the way I approach building connections and curating experiences.

For me, building community is about energy, connection, and creating the right environment for people to do their best work.
