 I'm Jose (pronounced ho-zay)πŸ•Ί. 

I joined the Spacemade team in January 2023 but my career journey began way back in 2007 🀯 and has predominantly been in recruitment 🧐. I've worked with fast-growth businesses and start-ups πŸš€ in tech πŸ€–, retail πŸ›οΈ and hospitality β˜•οΈ. My interest in efficiency and optimisation has led me to People Ops πŸ‘₯.
I care deeply about doing the right thing πŸ‘ which aligns perfectly with my role in People & Culture πŸ’–. I always try to lead and make decisions with empathy and kindness 😊.

When I'm not at work, you can find me being a father πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦, husband πŸ‘¨β€β€οΈβ€πŸ‘¨, and avid sports/football fan ⚽. I love spending my free time with my family, at my local gym πŸ‹οΈ, or binge-watching my favourite TV shows πŸ“Ί
