Lead the community experience of London’s most specialised HealthTech-focused workspaces

Blend community, events, partnerships and hands-on building operations
Fixed-term maternity cover with real scope to make a visible impact
You’ll be the heartbeat of Hale House - a highly specialised Spacemade building at the centre of the Harley Street Health District. This is not a generic community role. It’s about curating a thoughtful, high-value experience for HealthTech, medtech and healthcare-led businesses, while keeping the building running smoothly day to day.
You’ll sit at the intersection of community, partnerships, operations and events, acting as the face of Hale House to members, landlords and external stakeholders alike. One moment you’ll be hosting a founder roundtable with HealthTech leaders, the next you’ll be stepping in operationally to ensure the building runs like clockwork.
This is a maternity cover, but the impact is real, visible and senior - you’ll be trusted to own the experience end to end.
What you’ll be doing
Community & Engagement
Lead the design and delivery of Hale House’s specialist community and engagement strategy
Build trusted, high-quality relationships with members, founders and operators within the HealthTech and healthcare space
Act as a visible, consistent presence in the building during core operational hours
Events & Partnerships

Provide hands-on operational support for Hale House, including facilities oversight and issue resolution
Step in to cover day-to-day operations during sickness or annual leave to ensure seamless service
Train and upskill on-site team members in HealthTech/medtech terminology and sector understanding
Commercial & Collaboration
Manage the community events budget in line with P&L expectations
Work closely with the Sales team to support private office tours and lead qualification where required
Track engagement, attendance and feedback, sharing insights with the Senior Community Manager

Member satisfaction and retention at Hale House are consistently high
Events are well-attended, relevant and clearly valued by the community
Strong, visible partnerships are embedded with the Harley Street Health District
The on-site team demonstrates confidence and fluency in HealthTech and healthcare conversations

What makes you a great fit?
Understands the HealthTech / healthcare ecosystem and knows how to build credibility quickly with clinically and commercially minded members
