London WC2R 1AT (Hybrid) - Office in Strand on Mondays, 2-3 days across our London sites, 1-2 days WFH
£50,000-£55,000 basic - dependent on experience + Commission

Join our awesome Sales team as number two to our Head of Sales where you’ll have dual responsibility. On one hand, you’ll be tasked with the typical Senior Sales responsibilities of revenue growth across our locations through outreach, broker relationships and tours, on the other hand we need a leader with excellent industry knowledge and a track record of leading and growing a team with all the necessary soft skills to lead and support our ambitious Sales Managers and Central Sales Exec. You’ll also support implementing strategy, working across new building launches and supporting growth across all our products during a period of Maternity Cover.

Experienced. You know the industry, the brokers and enough about sales, events and lead gen to guide a team toward consistent excellence.
Strategic. Involved in pitches for new locations and able to switch focus when everything is a priority
Your Focus:
Member Sales:
Drive full sales cycle from viewings to negotiation to closing.
Proactively generate new leads through networking, outreach, and broker relations.
Qualify leads to match members with suitable workspace options.
Maintain accurate sales data, keeping CRM updated
Stay informed about competitor markets and products.
Represent Spacemade at external events and within the community.
Revenue Growth:
Achieve occupancy and revenue targets creatively and insightfully.
Provide regular reporting on sales performance against KPIs.
Collaborate with Head of Sales on pre-launch strategies and marketing initiatives.
Develop outbound sales strategy targeting specific local businesses
Broker & Agent Relations:
Manage relationships with third-party brokers and agencies.
Present insights to brokers and agents to showcase portfolio growth.
Nurture relationships to maximize brand awareness and lead flow.
Team Leadership:
Support team on reaching individual location targets as well as personal goals.
Oversee CRM and Sales pipeline, maximising opportunity.
Support accurate forecasting and drive pre-sales for new locations.
Oversee GTM Sales activity for new building projects.
Facilitate communication between Sales and Community teams.
Skills & Knowledge:
Previous sales experience within a flex or coworking background
A proven track record in guiding a team toward delivery of sales targets
Experience working within a fast-paced environment or a start-up/scale-up environment
Strong organisational & leadership skills
Skilled negotiator
Strong working knowledge of Hubspot

A take-home task to be completed for presentation
A final with Heather and another member of the senior team where you will present your take-home task followed by a meet with some of the Sales team
